Car Dealer Won't Give Me My Car Paperwork!

Sophia thinks the car dealer didn't give her the car paperwork...

"I purchased a new vehicle about a year ago. I can't find any of the paperwork and am starting to doubt if the dealer even gave it to me. I've called the dealership several times now and been told that the customers in front of them take precedence and that they can only provide me with copies of certain pieces of paperwork not everything. Is that true and is there anything that I can do to get the paperwork?"

My response...
I've never heard of car dealers withholding paperwork from customers but all you have to do is to call the DMV if its the legal paperwork.
