Top 10 Most Stolen Cars!

The top 10 most stolen cars still include Honda Civics, Honda Accords and Toyota Camrys at the top of the list.

The interesting thing for me is that some of these cars are fairly old and go back as far as 1988. Why? Because the older cars don't have the sophisticated car alarms and theft prevention devices on them.

Newer cars have anti-theft deterrents like computer chip immobilizers in the head of keys, which makes them a lot more difficult to steal.

Despite anti-theft deterrents, car theft is still a serious problem, but Masters in Criminal Justice and other related degrees provide information in hope to stop crime before it starts.
